Life is good when the snail strikes again.

Hi guys! How has your postal week been? Saturday that silly snail struck again and I was lucky enough to get two packages in the mail!

The first was this beautiful hand drawn card from my friend Megan. I didn't even know she could draw! I love it! The butterfly is absolutely gorgeous. The funny thing about it is, I had just bought the same stationary this past week. Great minds think alike!!! She sent me this beautiful crocheted heart in the spirit of Valentine's day. I absolutely love it!

I had made her card before I received hers in the mail. It turned out that we thought more alike that we knew. Both of us had come up with the idea of a good and beautiful life. I can see this turning into a great penpal think alike relationship.

The next package was a little something special from my cousin. We would normally just do cards or letters but she wanted to send me a little special mini album. It was absolutely beautiful. It had a story in it about what 10 Angels walk with each of us every day. I have always loved that story. Anywho, here are some pictures of the wonderful album she sent me.

I love this quote on the front cover.
The angels just make the inside perfect.
Another beautiful angel on the inside. Gotta love the pockets and tags.

Because she sent me such a beautiful mini album, I made her a mini album too. Mine aren't as proficient as hers yet but I must admit that I was so proud of it, I made myself one. I am going to make a video tutorial on how to make them in the near future over on my other blog, My Random Life . Stop over there sometime and check it out.

If you can't tell, I was in a very "Life is Good" theme this week. Her album had a section for the loves of her life, adventure of her life, abundance in her life, and the beauty in her life. I also added to tags for keepsake pockets.

Front cover and tags.

Just a view from the inside of the album. You can see the pocket up top for the tag and the pockets on every page. This page was adventure. I stamped a map and a postage stamp on the pages to incorporate the theme.

Well, I hope you all had a wonderful week and like the fact that "Life is good." Hope this week's snail mail has inspired you to get creative with your pen pals and share some art. Have a great week and until the snail arrives again... have a good one.
